- Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline for all office locations that drives both quality and volume
- Find talent Proactively identify candidates with the ideal candidate profile by using creativity and a variety of sourcing tools such as our ATS System (Lever), LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals and more
- Cultivate the candidate experience Build relationships with candidates through various resources, educate them on the opportunity, and champion them through the interview process
- Partner with TA leadership, hiring managers, HR and training in order to understand and track ongoing hiring profile trends
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers, review their feedback and make recommendations as needed
- Utilize strong qualifying skills over the phone to ensure candidates are a good match for the position and Arrive culture
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly metrics including call counts, final interview panels, and offer acceptances
- Closely collaborate with peers on the Sales Recruiting team to achieve fill rate goals
- Closely collaborate with Campus Recruiting team to ensure successful placement of early talent hires
- Work collaboratively with the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to make sure the team is set up for success and any roadblocks are identified and problem-solved
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study is preferred
- 1+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- 1+ year(s) of experience working in a high volume recruiting environment preferred
- A proven work ethic and ability to work flexible hours when needed.
- Exceptional verbal and written skills. You are skilled and can be trusted with communicating to upper management and senior leadership
- You take initiative and drive various projects, tasks, and responsibilities on the team
- Ability to get things done in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
