    We are currently looking for a Sales Manager to join the team at The Domain in Austin, TX!

    As a Sales Manager, you will take the lead at this location, working with a group of dynamic and creative individuals who bring energy and excitement to the team every day. Your main responsibilities will include creating and implementing sales strategies, leading the sales floor to drive results, and collaborating with the owner and designer, Nina, to contribute to the success of a local small business.

    We are searching for confident individuals who excel in customer service, community engagement, and leadership. The ideal candidate will be energetic, driven, and have a positive attitude, ready to join a collaborative environment that values philanthropy, creativity, positivity, and empowerment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Supervise, train, and support employees in sales training and techniques
    • Lead the sales floor to boost store results
    • Motivate the sales team by fostering an energetic work environment and administering incentive programs
    • Recruit and interview potential sales team candidates
    • Analyze past and current sales data to develop strategies for future success
    • Develop a sales plan to achieve goals and targets
    • Collaborate with leadership to review and analyze sales reports and identify new market opportunities

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 7 years of sales experience, ideally in commission sales
    • At least 5 years of retail management experience
    • Enjoys working in a sales-driven environment
    • Reliable, punctual, and possesses a strong work ethic
    • Fun, energetic, and passionate about jewelry and customer engagement
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Flexible availability, including weekends

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • Expected Annual Salary: $55,000-$60,000 base salary + additional commissions ranging from $15,000-$25,000 per year
    • Monthly bonus based on net sales
    • Expected working hours: 40 hours per week
    • Expected schedule: Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays

    Physical Demands:

    The Sales Manager role involves the following physical activities:

    • Standing and walking for extended periods
    • Reaching, bending, stretching, lifting, and carrying up to 45 pounds
    • Utilizing fine motor skills to handle jewelry pieces and equipment
    • Visual acuity for examining jewelry details
    • Clear and audible verbal communication
