Your responsibilities:

With enthusiasm, you convince new clients of our personnel services and expand our network
You support our clients professionally and reliably with their personnel matters
Your responsibilities include personnel recruitment from A-Z: from initiating all recruiting measures, to candidate selection and conducting interviews, to hiring
You support our employees on an equal footing and provide them with advice and assistance
You are responsible for the needs-based deployment of our employees and reliable planning of customer assignments

Your qualifications:

Completed vocational training in a commercial or technical field and/or a completed degree
Sales experience, ideally in the personnel services industry
Good knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of zvoove/Landwehr L1 is desirable
Strong communication skills, empathy, and a respectful and professional approach to people
