WANTED

Dispatcher for Night Shift (m/f/d)

As a logistics service provider in the pharmaceutical industry, our "wheels" literally never stop turning.
We are always looking for motivated and qualified talents to join our teams and actively support our growth.





WANTED:
Reinforcements for the night shift in a 7-day shift schedule

Working hours: 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM or 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM on rotation

(1 week night shift - 1 week off)

Your responsibilities

  • Monitoring our transports using a telematics system
  • Checking and taking action in case of vehicle alarms according to established procedures
  • Point of contact for our drivers in case of alarms and/or emergencies during the shift
  • Light office tasks related to dispatching (order processing, document filing, preparation of freight documents, etc.)

Thorough training will be provided for all areas of responsibility.

Your profile

  • You are highly organized and consider yourself reliable and responsible.
  • You have a basic understanding of technology and are familiar with computer operation.
  • You are communicative, attentive, and have no problem staying "wide awake" overnight.
  • Interest in freight traffic and international transport
  • A plus, but not a requirement: a driver's license (Class B)
