    Job DescriptionSalary:

    Acting as an ambassador of our firm, you will often be our clients' first point of contact. Your positive and professional demeanor will help us deliver exceptional client service. Your diverse administrative skills will help keep the office operations running smoothly Embrace a wide range of duties as you assist the professionals in the firm while coordinating the front office activities of a highly successful operation.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    1. Greets clients in an efficient, friendly, and professional manner
    2. Schedules appointments and coordinates the conference rooms for meetings
    3. Answers incoming calls, calling clients to expedite work, calling clients to pick up returns and collecting fees
    4. Receives and distributes incoming mail and faxes
    5. Processes all outgoing mail
    6. Assists shareholders as requested
    7. Maintains office machine maintenance and facility maintenance including kitchen clean up
    8. Responds to various inquiries, both internal and external, and manages communications via e-mail, phone calls, etc.
    9. Orders all office supplies for the firm and maintains common areas including the kitchen and conference rooms
    10. Assembles tax returns that need to be either mailed to clients or governmental agencies
    11. Distributes returns to clients through email or through portal
    12. Runs various reports during tax season and analyzes those reports to ensure all data is accurate and up to date
    13. Composes correspondence or other writing duties as requested
    14. Other duties may be assigned as necessary

    Hiring Profile:

    • 2+ years of administrative experience
    • Strong customer service skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail, and a commitment to quality
    • Proven ability to take initiative and responsibility for completing work within a team environment
    • Ability to juggle many projects simultaneously
    • Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
    • Prior CPA firm experience is a plus
