Schedule:
M - F 8a - 5p

Rapidly growing generator company is seeking a Sales Support Specialist.

This position is a customer facing role that is also responsible for streamlining and developing the lead appointment setting process including,
but not limited to:

Answering incoming sales lead calls and gathering initial information for sales needs;
Making outbound calls and vetting prospective customers;
Setting appointments for a geographically dispersed Sales Team;
Assisting sales team with administrative duties;
Rescheduling sales appointments;
No cold calling;
Other responsibilities will be determined as needed.


Skills and Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.

Strong team integration and communication skills.

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.


Work schedule shall be at a minimum of M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM but extended hours are a clear common practice.

Compensation $13-$18 per hr.

Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
