As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and delivering high-quality insurance services to our commercial clients.
This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in the insurance industry with a focus on commercial lines.
Manage and maintain a portfolio of commercial lines accounts in the medical industry, ensuring all client insurance requirements are met and exceeded.
Develop and implement tailored insurance solutions for clients, taking into account their unique needs and risks.Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client queries and concerns.
Negotiate policy terms and conditions with insurance carriers on behalf of clients.
Conduct regular reviews of client accounts to identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and developments in commercial insurance and communicate these to clients as appropriate.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a consistent and high-quality service delivery.
Participate in business development activities, including networking events and industry conferences, to attract new clients and strengthen existing client relationships.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the insurance industry, specifically in commercial lines.Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field is preferred.
Proven track record of managing a portfolio of commercial accounts and delivering exceptional client service.
Strong understanding of commercial insurance products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
Ability to analyze complex insurance data and develop tailored solutions for clients.
Proficient in using insurance software and digital tools.
Professional insurance designation, such as CIC or CRM, is a plus.
