- Oversee and manage Acquisitions Team
- Achieve productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets
- Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings
- Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections
- Accurately track and report productivity and sales metrics
- Interview and hire new acquisition team members

Roles & Responsibilities
What You'll Do
a. Evaluate current sales strategies
b. Develop and implement a plan to increase efficiencies throughout all associated departments.
c. Analyze current operational procedures in all associated departments.
d. Plan and deploy strategic solutions.
e. Lead company initiatives from the top down inclusive of all professionals throughout encompassing departments.
f. Enhance interdepartmental relationships and communication.
g. Create and execute sales strategies to surpass existing revenue and profit goals.
h. Collaborate closely with leadership team, integrator and c-level personnel.
i. Tightly integrate customer experience with agents.
j. Identify strategic business opportunities.
k. Cultivate awareness of company initiatives and core values.
l. Exemplify the company's commitment to servant leadership in all interactions, at all times.
Measurements:
Summary of Responsibilities:
a. Planning, developing, implementing and monitoring the overall business sales strategy.
b. Set target metric with supporting KPI's.
c. Contribute towards increased company revenue.
d. Develop and grow sales channels and team.
e. Work hand in hand with the Lead Management and Sales departments.
f. Develop and implement best practices for team personnel.
g. Attend and contribute towards continued education and self-improvement.
h. Engage and collaborate with all internal and external personnel and resources.
i. Engage in leadership activities with personnel both at physical location and virtually
What You'll Have:
