    Description

    Our client, a successful and fast growing company in the real estate space is hiring for a Marketing Analyst to join their El Segundo based team. As a Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving marketing strategies and initiatives grounded in data analysis and insights. You will be responsible for collecting, interpreting, and presenting data related to marketing campaigns, consumer behavior, and market trends.

    The ideal candidate will be proficient in leveraging large datasets to drive strategic marketing decisions and optimize content creation across various channels. Additionally, experience with Salesforce is required to effectively integrate marketing efforts with sales operations. The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in shaping our marketing strategies, maximizing ROI, and enhancing customer engagement.

    Responsibilities:

    • Utilize data analytics tools to gather insights, identify trends, and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
    • Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to reach target audiences and achieve business objectives.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with sales goals and optimize lead generation efforts.
    • Create personalized and engaging content tailored to different customer segments, utilizing insights derived from data analysis.
    • Implement A/B testing methodologies to optimize marketing campaigns and improve conversion rates.
    • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data-driven marketing, incorporating new technologies and techniques as appropriate.
    • Manage and maintain Salesforce database integrity, ensuring accurate and timely data entry and reporting.
    • Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making within the marketing team, encouraging experimentation and innovation.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
    • Proven experience in marketing analytics, with a strong understanding of data interpretation
    • Experience working with Salesforce CRM, including customization, reporting, and integration with marketing automation platforms.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for leveraging data to drive business results.
    • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams and driving collaborative efforts towards common goals.
