- Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Potential salary range : $122,198 - $182,223 annually
- The Psychologist Program Manager will be stationed on-site at one of the 8 CBOCs in Central Arkansas. (Conway, Mena, Hot Springs, Pine Bluff, Russellville, El Dorado, Searcy, or Mountain Home)
- Develop and implement comprehensive mental health programs to support veterans.
- Oversee and guide a team of skilled psychologists to provide top-tier mental health services.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and patient-centered care.
- Conduct program evaluations and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Doctoral degree in Psychology from an accredited program.
- Current licensure as a psychologist.
- At least 3 years of experience as a professional psychologist, with at least one year equivalent to the GS-13 level.
- Proven leadership experience in mental health program management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience providing trauma focused psychotherapy services is preferred.

Are you an experienced and licensed psychologist with a passion for leadership? The Mental Health Service located in the Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) of the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System is seeking a full-time Program Manager. The CBOC Mental Health Service facilitates access to mental health treatment and is involved in providing both diagnostic and treatment services to Veterans in more rural communities. Treatment includes assessment, supportive and evidence-based psychotherapies, and pharmacologic treatment.
This position will directly supervise an interdisciplinary team including the CBOC Psychotherapy Program Manager and works with the RN Manager. The Psychologist Program Manager may also supervise social workers, psychiatrists, APRNs, and psychologists.
