    Description

    The Mental Health Service located in the Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) of the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System is seeking a full-time Program Manager.

    The CBOC Mental Health Service facilitates access to mental health treatment and is involved in providing both diagnostic and treatment services to Veterans in more rural communities.

    Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
    Develop and implement comprehensive mental health programs to support veterans.
    Oversee and guide a team of skilled psychologists to provide top-tier mental health services.
    Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and patient-centered care.
    Conduct program evaluations and implement quality improvement initiatives.
    Doctoral degree in Psychology from an accredited program.
    Proven leadership experience in mental health program management.
    Make a meaningful impact on the lives of veterans.
    Telework may be available at the discretion of the hiring manager.
