    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage healthcare projects from initiation to closure, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinicians, administrators, IT professionals, and vendors, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
    • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.
    • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure successful project delivery.
    • Monitor project progress, track key milestones and deliverables, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team, and implement lessons learned to enhance future project outcomes.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and healthcare industry best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Act as a liaison between project stakeholders, facilitating communication, resolving conflicts, and managing expectations effectively.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
    • PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on healthcare projects.
    • In-depth knowledge of healthcare operations, processes, and regulatory requirements.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects within the healthcare industry, from inception to completion.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
    • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
    • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Smartsheet.
    • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
