The Musco Construction Services Team is currently seeking a Project Manager in Southern California
. This position will be responsible for overseeing subcontractors to ensure Musco sports lighting projects are constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule.

What you will do as a Project Manager:

Review project, identify and verify all details to be included in the scope of work.
Develop scope of work and create request for quote (RFQ) for subcontractors. Work with Musco's Sales Representative on pricing when needed.
Attend preconstruction meetings with customers, sales, and contractors to assure accurate information of installation; based on customers expectation and contractor availability, coordinate project details, installation and delivery arrangements with Sales and Engineering.
Provide onsite training with customer or contractors to ensure that Musco products are installed correctly.
Field technical questions from all groups involved in project installation (Reps, Contractors, Customers, etc...).
Identify, communicate, and implement change orders; track installation and approve invoices.
Provide weekly progress reports to project stakeholders.
Final inspections and project close out documentation.

What you need to be successful.

Bachelor's degree in construction management or a technical field preferred. Relevant work experience also to be considered as an alternative.
Good interpersonal skills a must including the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Strong oral and written communication skill.
Strong organization skills with an attention to detail.
Ability to interpret and understand project specifications, construction, and electrical drawings.
Must be computer oriented. Word and Excel skills are necessary.
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
Team and goal oriented.
