    Description

    Job Description

    Insight Global is hiring for a Remote Full Stack .NET Developer. This resource will be joining a small team of one junior developer, QA, BA, and Scrum Master. This person will be expected to self start and work on 80% new development 20% support. This is an equal mix of front end and back end work. There are applications that may require a rewritten front end and others that we are modernizing.

    Participate in all phases of managing the Application Lifecycle Management: requirements analysis, development, testing, and implementation. Participate in technical logic and design discussions.

    Identify the appropriate software architecture based on the requirements and on enterprise architecture guidelines.

    Lead the review process for software architecture documents.

    Contribute to the review and analysis of business requirements.

    Integrate internal and external product design into a cohesive user experience.

    Work with UX/UI to improve and refine product visual design and consistency.

    Create, maintain, and present technical documentation to different audiences and levels.

    Perform resource, technical and risk assessments.

    Work with other development, architecture, and product development teams to ensure delivery of product.

    Work with 3rd party vendor on technical design/specifications, development, testing and deployment to ensure the product meets the requirements.

    Assist in the timely completion of assigned development projects.

    Skills and Requirements

    7+ years in technology

    4-5 years of recent .NET Development experience

    Expert experience in C# server side multi-threaded services

    Expert experience developing in ASP.NET MVC and .NET Core

    Strong SQL skills

    Proficiency in Visual Studio

    Experience working in an Agile environment

    Strong experience in JavaScript (preferably Blazer or Maui)

    Ability to self start, collaberate, and take ownership Azure experience

    Knowledge of ClickOnce
