    Description

    As a Senior .NET Developer at Mozaic, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable, and secure web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to architectural decisions, and mentor junior developers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET development, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for staying current with emerging technologies.

    Requirements

    1. Lead the design and development of complex software solutions using the .NET framework.
    2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
    3. Participate in architectural decisions and provide technical leadership.
    4. Mentor and guide junior developers in the team.
    5. Ensure code quality, performance, and security standards are met.
    6. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
    7. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for optimal performance.
    8. Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
    9. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
