EtaPRO LLC, a Toshiba Group Company, is the owner and provider of the world-leading EtaPRO Asset Performance Management technology platform. Currently deployed on approximately 10 % of the world's power generation capacity, this platform includes Thermal Performance modeling and monitor technologies, Equipment Condition Monitoring Technologies, Advanced Vibration Monitoring technologies and Data Historian technologies. Our focus is to help our clients meet and exceed KPI targets and maximize the return on their investments in their people, processes, and technologies. EtaPRO LLC is currently looking for a Business Development Manager in the North America region to join our Global Technical Sales team.

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for business development and sales of the EtaPRO product line and related services, the execution of EtaPRO LLC's strategic direction, and helping EtaPRO LLC achieve company financial targets through individual and sales team success.

Additional responsibilities will include:

Supporting Synergy sales by collaborating with other Toshiba Group Companies in the sale of EtaPRO and IoT solutions
Supporting execution of Account Management Strategies and sales growth with key account targets
Helping innovate and integrate EtaPRO's offerings based on customer and market needs
Representing EtaPRO as a consultant and leader in the space

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Achieve and exceed individual, team, and key account revenue targets
Develop an effective understanding of the EtaPRO product and service offerings
Understand and execute effective account management to grow key accounts to long-term, large, and comprehensive contracts
Understand sales pipeline management to advance opportunities from initial lead through closure
Support sales process, large proposal process, and capture strategies for key opportunities
Ability to effectively present EtaPRO LLC's capabilities and expand discover phases for complete understanding of client objectives/challenges
Manage and develop executive relationships (leadership levels) with clients and prospective clients
Manage existing account base to ensure client satisfaction
Effectively leverage the EtaPRO CRM for managing all leads, contacts, accounts, and opportunities.
Maintain after sales communications to ensure customer satisfaction and prospect for new opportunities across client organization.
Must be a self-starter, resourceful, and be able to effectively manage multiple tasks at any given time

Preferred Education and Skills

Bachelor's Degree and 5-years' experience in a relevant technical field and 3-years' experience in sales or marketing
Professional Sales experience in both product and service areas (Professional Selling Skills, Miller Heiman, or similar)
Strong presentation skills.
Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, Asset Management and/or Performance experience highly preferred
Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a team-oriented environment
Experience supporting Request for Proposal processes
Specific experience in the asset performance management, condition based monitoring technologies, power plant performance, and global industry knowledge are all plusses.

Compensation: The total annual compensation range (base salary + sales commission) for this position is between $95k and $125K, (~$200K OTE, made up by $95,000-$125,000 base salary and potential for $80,000 in commission) depending upon professional experience and sales track record.
