    Loan Processor:

    • Manage the loan processing workflow from application to funding, ensuring timely and accurate processing of loan applications.
    • Review loan documentation and verify borrower information, collateral details, and financial documents.
    • Communicate with borrowers, brokers, and internal stakeholders to gather required information and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
    • Coordinate with underwriters and closers to facilitate the loan approval and funding process.
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation of loan transactions in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
    • Provide support and assistance to the lending team as needed to ensure efficient loan processing operations.

    Marketing Manager:

    • Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote hard money lending services and generate leads.
    • Create engaging marketing content and materials, including brochures, presentations, website content, and social media posts.
    • Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising, to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify target markets, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
    • Track and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize marketing efforts.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to execute marketing initiatives and maximize results.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
    • Proven experience in loan processing and/or marketing roles, preferably in the financial services or real estate industry.
    • Strong understanding of loan processing procedures, regulations, and compliance requirements.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and analytics.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Knowledge of hard money lending or real estate finance is a plus.
