    Job Title: Elasticsearch Engineer

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Crafting and managing innovative marketing programs aligned with our strategic goals.
    • Collaborating with the Director on web and marketing automation strategies.
    • Contributing to policy development and documentation.
    • Enhancing our online presence and suggesting strategic improvements.
    • Partnering with various teams to achieve business outcomes.
    • Designing and executing multimedia campaigns to boost brand awareness.
    • Assisting in budgeting, planning, and project management.
    • Acting as a liaison with marketing vendors for successful partnerships.
    • Navigating ambiguity while ensuring timely deliverables.
    • Conducting market analysis and reporting to meet customer needs.
    • Utilizing strong organizational and negotiation skills in a dynamic environment.
    • Managing multiple projects efficiently.
    • Staying updated on compliance regulations relevant to credit unions.
    • Establishing consistent processes for smooth workflow.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field preferred.
    • Three to five years' experience in advertising, media, marketing, or public relations.
    • Skills in critical thinking, strategic planning, and ROI analysis.
    • Proficiency in MS Office suite; experience with project management software is a plus.
    • Strong organizational and communication skills.
    • Creativity with knowledge of design development.
    • Deadline-driven with attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
    • Proactive problem-solving and adaptability.
    • Experience in vendor and outsourced resource management.

    Desired Qualifications:

    Nice to have experience in Credit union/ Banking domain.

    Location: This is Hybrid Role (Sacramento, CA)

    Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $60000 – $70000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
