    Job Summary

    This position is responsible for securing philanthropic support in the form of fundraising, grant writing, cause-related initiatives, corporate sponsorships, and special events. Responsible for maintaining funding sources to meet the operational needs of the Foundation and to support the Care Van Program. This position is responsible for prospect research; submission of annual grant applications on behalf of the Foundation; maintaining grants/donor tracking system and develop/implement strategic plan. In addition, this position will support managing, coordinating and directing the development and growth of the Care Van outreach services. Incumbent will be responsible for analyzing and developing program plans for assigned service delivery region.

    **NOTE: This role is a hybrid/flex role that requires a minimum of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote**

    Required Job Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • 4 years' experience in nonprofit operations, community programs, grant writing, fundraising, special events to raise funds.
    • Interpersonal, analytical, presentation and communication skills
    • Research and analytical skills.
    • Organizational and planning skills; including attention to detail and multi-tasking.
    • Experience working independently and meeting defined goals.
    • Experience meeting deadlines and working well in matrixed environment.
    • PC experience in Word, Excel and Power Point applications.
    • Ability and willingness to travel within assigned areas of responsibility, including overnight stays; expected travel > %
    Preferred requirements:
    • Bilingual in Spanish
    • Grant writing experience.
    • Knowledge of health care industry, health programs, health outreach.
    • Experience working with leadership on Health Care, Community Programs & Special Projects.
    • Knowledgeable in recruiting, managing, and scheduling volunteers or contract staff.
    • Familiarity with donor management (CRM) software, Salesforce and WordPress
