    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Execute receiving and merchandising standards.
    • Ensure efficient processing by Associates and promote teamwork.
    • Coordinate truck delivery and prioritize merchandise placement on the sales floor.
    • Train and mentor Associates in merchandising and processing principles.
    • Ensure proper tagging, hanging, securing, and coding of merchandise.
    • Communicate with the Coordinator on Duty for smooth goods flow to the sales floor.
    • Organize and rotate back stock for easy replenishment.
    • Maintain merchandising philosophy and signage standards.
    • Ensure compliance with recycling and hazardous waste programs.
    • Collaborate with Management on Associate training for improved efficiency.
    • Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
    • Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
