Responsibilities

  • Leading and developing a sales team, including coaching for professional and personal growth.
  • Close collaboration with site management, department heads, and executive management.
  • Active participation in daily operations, including inbound and outbound calls.
  • Responsible for recruiting and training new employees.
  • Contributing to the development and optimization of processes.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of leadership experience (both disciplinary and professional) in the banking industry.
  • Several years of experience in leading a sales team.
  • Completed commercial training in the financial services sector, ideally as a bank clerk.
  • High social competence, sense of responsibility, empathy, and strong communication skills.
  • Strong focus on performance and willingness to also work operationally.
  • Motivating personality with a high level of ambition and dedication.
