Responsibilities
- Leading and developing a sales team, including coaching for professional and personal growth.
- Close collaboration with site management, department heads, and executive management.
- Active participation in daily operations, including inbound and outbound calls.
- Responsible for recruiting and training new employees.
- Contributing to the development and optimization of processes.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of leadership experience (both disciplinary and professional) in the banking industry.
- Several years of experience in leading a sales team.
- Completed commercial training in the financial services sector, ideally as a bank clerk.
- High social competence, sense of responsibility, empathy, and strong communication skills.
- Strong focus on performance and willingness to also work operationally.
- Motivating personality with a high level of ambition and dedication.
