- Support key priorities of our transformation change throughout the business; take time to get to know the people with continuous engagement and trust-building as our culture develops
- Coordinate employee services as an administrator and keep organized, compliant employee records on file and within software systems
- Ensure clean employee data entry and efficiently updating systems and paperwork at the time of initial engagement, hire, and/or termination
- Ensure and administer all compliance-related matters are kept current and updated in a timely matter
- Acts as a change agent and proactively leads by example in demonstrating openness to business growth and organizational change
- Oversee HRIS, benefits, and payroll functions for all employees
- Demonstrated success as a Human Resources Generalist with experience in an administrator role, preferably in a high-growth, multi-state environment (International experience is a huge plus)
- Deep knowledge of employment law, Federal law, and company policies in a multi-state environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiarity with ATS, HRIS, and payroll/benefit systems
- Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and driven toward success and the success of others
- Skilled in project management and development including effective interpersonal skills, effective and concise written and verbal communication skills

About You
You will be part of a remarkable process as we build and shape our culture. Pay Transparency
Targeted base compensation is $100,000 plus annual bonus. The total compensation package is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Our Work Environment
Our workplace is clean, orderly, appropriately lighted and ventilated with the proper safety compliance. Noise levels are considered low and daily physical activities are considered light: office work, seldom lifting up to 25 pounds, bending, stooping, kneeling, or walking. Employees must have the stamina to work long hours if assigned. Hours and days of work may vary by position.
