Haven Hub is a leading home services and landscaping company based in Southern California, specializing in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces for residential clients.

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Landscaping Superintendent to join our team and oversee our landscaping operations.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate landscaping projects from start to finish, ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Manage and lead a team of landscapers, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
Plan and organize work schedules, assignments, and resources to meet project deadlines and budget requirements.
Conduct site inspections to assess project progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Collaborate with clients, architects, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional results.
Oversee the maintenance and operation of landscaping equipment and vehicles, ensuring they are properly maintained and utilized.
Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies to create a safe working environment for all team members.
Manage inventory levels of materials, supplies, and equipment to support project needs and minimize waste.
Prepare and submit accurate reports, including project status updates, budget expenditures, and personnel records.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve operations and deliver innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

Proven experience (5 years) working in a landscaping supervisory or managerial role, preferably in a similar environment.
Indepth knowledge of landscaping techniques, materials, and equipment, with a strong understanding of plant care, irrigation systems, hardscaping, and landscape design principles.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve excellence.
Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, team members, and vendors.
Demonstrated problemsolving skills, with the ability to quickly assess situations, identify solutions, and implement effective resolutions.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
