Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join our team.

The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for managing inventory levels, conducting demand planning, and ensuring accurate stock levels to support operations.


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts
  • Coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory movements
  • Conduct demand planning to anticipate stock needs
  • Manage order fulfillment processes to meet customer demands
  • Implement process improvements to enhance inventory management efficiency
  • Utilize data visualization tools to analyze inventory data
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support product sellthrough
  • Operate forklift equipment for stock movement when necessary
  • Maintain effective supplier relationships and negotiate contracts

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in inventory management or related field
  • Familiarity with ecommerce inventory systems is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of demand planning principles
  • Proficiency in process improvement techniques
  • Ability to operate forklift equipment safely and efficiently
  • Experience in supplier management and contract negotiations
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Job Type:
Contract


Pay:
$ $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:


  • Inventory control: 1 year (required)
  • Hospital environment: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • Newport Beach, CA required)
