• Act as point of contact for studio team regarding operational and facilities issues
• Develop and implement systems and processes to enhance program operations and efficiencies
• Monitor studios to ensure that they remain safe, secure, and wellmaintained
• Implement and manage a maintenance program for all equipment and facilities
• Provide exceptional customer service to management, partners, and employees, promptly addressing any concerns or issues
• Liaise between Sales, Marketing, Performance, Human Resources, and other departments as needed
• Coordinate with HR to help oversee onboarding and training of new studio staff
• Studio launch responsibilities
• Ensure studio software is setup properly
• Ensure presale kit and all supporting materials ordered prior to presale kickoff
• Take lead setting up utilities for studios, which includes phone, internet, power, etc.
• Ensure cleaning products are ordered and stocked in studios
• Manage ongoing monthly ordering process for studio supplies
• Setup and ongoing management of cleaning service for studios
• Manage the setup and ongoing oversight of Audio/Visual accounts
• Ensure all necessary business licenses in effect (e.g., Seller's permit & Business license)
• Work with HR to order legal compliance posters and ensure posted in studios
• Assist in coordination of Soft Open, Grand Opening and ongoing community events
• Work with HR and studio team to resolve any payroll or employee related issues
• Maintain vendor relationships
• Develop and maintain an Emergency Action plan
• Escalate and work with tech/product team on technology related issues
• Oversee facility maintenance tasks, studio cleaning schedule, equipment maintenance schedule, etc.
• Perform touch base calls with Studio Managers to stay informed of any issues
• Ensure all studios operate within compliance of FitLab and local regulations
• Liaise between FitLab and our partners for studio setup and operations tasks
• Travel as needed. (This may include frequent studio visits and spot checks/inspections, touring potential studio sites, providing onsite support for Soft Openings, Grand Openings, etc.)
• Assure studio safety compliance by ensuring all safety requirements are being performed
• Completes other reasonable duties as requested by leadership.

• Experience with P&L management, objective setting, and demonstrated competency in all aspects of project management required
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to communicate complex information and knowledge into simple, palatable, and actionable statements
• Ability to prepare written and verbal communications for projects and programs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Drive.

• Some travel required (3035% annually)
