    Carrier Enterprise (CE) is a national distributor of residential and light commercial Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) products, parts and supplies through licensed HVAC/R dealers and contractors.

    CE operates primarily in the business to business environment where its products are sold through licensed HVAC dealers and HVAC contractors.

    These dealers are independent companies that sell, deliver and service Carrier, Bryant Payne products to residences and businesses in their respective markets.

    CE offers customers a wide range of HVAC/R product lines, competitive pricing, best in class customer service and valuable, timesaving services that positions CE as an industry leader.

    With over 200+ locations, in 28 states, Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, Latin America, Mexico and Canada there is a location to service our customers HVAC/R needs.

    CE South Central currently has an exciting Regional Business Development Manager opportunity based at our Carrollton, TX location.

    www.carrierenterprise.comSUMMARYThis position is responsible for the design and execution of sales strategies, policies and programs for the Business Development Reps for the South Central region.


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    1. Proficiency at Leading team of inside Business Development Reps (BDR). Directly responsible for leadership and supervision of the local inside BDR team.2. Responsible for scaling up newly created BDR group. Increase capabilities of group through training, coaching, goal setting and product understanding.3. Planning and delivering CRM strategies in BDR group. Monitoring relationships with customers through CRM systems.4. Ensuring the CRM system provides an effective sales funnel. Create opportunities and new contact and communication strategies.5. Track customer reports on pipeline, open quotes, new opportunities, recent activities, lost sales.6. Build strong and positive relationships with existing, new and future customers.7. Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the BDR sales team.8. Provide high standards of ongoing value based selling skills training and product training for the sales team.9.

    Participate in the recruiting process to hire and train BDRs:

    Develop, coach and motivate the sales team to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved, and monthly sales and growth targets are met.10.

    Excellent time management, organization and planning skills are essential to be successful in this role. All candidates must be self-starters with proven ability to handle multiple priorities11.

    Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university.2. 5+ years leading an inside sales team3. Experience leading a team utilizing CRM software (Sales Force).4.
