    Job Overview


    The Account Manager, Corporate Sales (Licensing New Business) is responsible for driving sales and supporting the creation of TravisMathew's structured Licensing program.

    Roles And Responsibilities

    Meet and develop relationships with relevant contacts (i.e. universities, major sports teams) to sell in licensed TravisMathew product.
    Partner with the TravisMathew Merchandising team and applicable accounts to create individualized products and SMUs
    Meet or exceed seasonal and annual targets
    Identify new target accounts through research and networking of additional distribution channels
    Manage all aspects of accounts including day-to day-communication, weekly performance reporting, assortment planning, meeting preparation, meeting execution, meeting follow-up and overall growth strategy
    Facilitate seasonal appointment planning, preparation, execution, and follow-up
    Prepare and distribute weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly KPI reports with actionable insights
    Partner with leadership to execute and provide insights on immediate strategic program execution. Build out long term Licensing Sales growth strategies.
    Partner with Sales Operations Team to ensure the fulfillment and on-time delivery of applicable orders
    Work with Outside Sales team to train on how to sell in Licensed product
    Serve as a product / service expert and learn new product lines, fabrications, and features
    Serve as an account expert and remain up to date on product trends and growth opportunities
    Travel across the US for sales meetings

    TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

    Strong presentation, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
    Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
    Ability to negotiate and close
    Ability to analyze and present data
    Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and priorities
    Proficient in MS Office applications, emphasis in Excel
    Proficient in SAP or relevant ERP

    Education And Experience

    Bachelor's Degree, preferred
    Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience within Licensed products, National Accounts, Key Accounts, or Territory including at least 1-2 years' experience in Licensing sales
    Apparel experience, preferred
