    Welcome to Phillips & Associates - Legal Intake Specialist Position

    Phillips & Associates is on the lookout for an exceptionally organized and detail-oriented Legal Intake Specialist to join our fantastic team. As a **Legal Intake Specialist**, you will be a key player in helping clients with their initial questions and streamlining the intake process.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct consultations and intake interviews to gather essential information about clients' legal issues.
    • Record client details accurately in our case management system.
    • Assist clients with necessary paperwork adhering to legal standards.
    • Work closely with lawyers to ensure a smooth transition from intake to case management.
    • Provide clients with timely updates on their case status and procedures.
    • Maintain confidentiality and handle client information discreetly.
    • Recognize potential legal problems and refer them to the appropriate professionals.
    • Follow up with clients for missing details or to provide updates.
    • Help with administrative tasks in the intake department.

    Qualifications:

    • Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies or a related field.
    • Prior experience in legal intake or client services preferred.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Excellent organizational skills to ensure precise documentation.
    • Understanding of legal terms and procedures advantageous.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficient in computer systems for data entry.
    • Handle sensitive information with professionalism.
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a bonus.
