    Description
    To assist our Business Operations teams, Discovery Education is seeking a

    Compliance Associate

    to

    process our domestic and international direct and third-party sales .

    The team members will ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and provide follow-up and oversight to ensure an accurate and efficient ordering process.

    This person should be willing to learn and grow within the organization.

    These are key actions integral to the day-to-day business operations with our customers across USA, Canada, the UK, and Asia.

    About the Role
    Manage a daily influx of Salesforce tasks that will include quote approval, order form generation, and reporting.
    Generate contract amendments.
    Serve as a resource for the Sales team to guide the documentation of Salesforce orders.
    Become well-versed in Salesforce.
    Understand and enforce product and pricing strategy.

    Provide additional support to the Business Operations teams, including processing purchase orders for deal close, assisting in hard goods production and fulfillment efforts, and other duties as they arise.

    Manage special projects as needed.
    Requirements
    Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in similar role.
    Strong attention to detail.
    Ability to multi-task between multiple projects within a fast-paced environment.
    Customer focused – able to effectively communicate with all levels both internally and with external customers.
    Bachelor's or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
    Prior experience with CRM systems, or Salesforce preferred.
    Excellent written and oral communication as well as

    strong interpersonal skills
    Driven self-starter with the ability to do what needs to be done without being micromanaged.
    Legal right to work in the

    United States.
