    Job DescriptionPosition / Title: Manager, Marketing Communications - Wealth Management
    Location: Remote

    Position Objective, Typical Duties and Responsibilities

    Pensionmark, the financial services division of World Insurance, is looking for a skilled marketing professional to join our team as a Manager of Marketing Communications - Wealth Management. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Marketing Director to support our Wealth Management Services marketing efforts. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of the financial services sector and demonstrate a successful history in marketing within previous positions. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals and contribute to the success of our wealth management marketing campaigns.

    Position Responsibilities
    • Work cross-functionally with the director and other departments to develop and refine the marketing strategy for wealth management services, ensuring alignment with business goals.
    • Define target customer segments and tailor messaging to effectively reach and engage those audiences.
    • Plan and execute impactful go-to-market strategies for new wealth management-related product launches and service enhancements in collaboration with the director.
    • Oversee the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, case studies, and other materials.
    • Manage wealth management digital content calendar and work closely with internal and external partners to generate thought-leadership content that positions our organization as an industry leader.
    • Help director develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, events, and traditional marketing avenues.
    • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
    • Field custom requests from wealth advisors for marketing collateral or educational materials and work with 3rd party design agency to execute deliverable.

    Position Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
    • This job has the possibility for remote work
    • 2-4 years of proven experience in marketing within the financial services industry is a must. Experience within the wealth management industry specifically is preferred but not required.
    • Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
    • Meticulous attention to detail and ensuring accuracy in all marketing materials and campaigns is a must.
    • Deep and demonstratable understanding of Microsoft365 suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
    • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
    • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.

    Compensation
    The salary for this position generally ranges between $75,000-$95,000. This range is an estimate, based on candidate qualifications and operational needs. The firm also has a bonus program.
