- Work cross-functionally with the director and other departments to develop and refine the marketing strategy for wealth management services, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Define target customer segments and tailor messaging to effectively reach and engage those audiences.
- Plan and execute impactful go-to-market strategies for new wealth management-related product launches and service enhancements in collaboration with the director.
- Oversee the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, case studies, and other materials.
- Manage wealth management digital content calendar and work closely with internal and external partners to generate thought-leadership content that positions our organization as an industry leader.
- Help director develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, events, and traditional marketing avenues.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Field custom requests from wealth advisors for marketing collateral or educational materials and work with 3rd party design agency to execute deliverable.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- This job has the possibility for remote work
- 2-4 years of proven experience in marketing within the financial services industry is a must. Experience within the wealth management industry specifically is preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
- Meticulous attention to detail and ensuring accuracy in all marketing materials and campaigns is a must.
- Deep and demonstratable understanding of Microsoft365 suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Pensionmark, the financial services division of World Insurance, is looking for a skilled marketing professional to join our team as a Manager of Marketing Communications - Wealth Management. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Marketing Director to support our Wealth Management Services marketing efforts. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of the financial services sector and demonstrate a successful history in marketing within previous positions.
