    Position / Title: Manager, Marketing Communications - Wealth Management
    Location: Remote

    Position Objective, Typical Duties and Responsibilities
    Pensionmark, the financial services division of World Insurance, is seeking a skilled marketing professional to join our team as a Manager of Marketing Communications - Wealth Management. This role involves collaborating closely with the Marketing Director to support our Wealth Management Services marketing efforts. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the financial services sector and a successful track record in marketing within previous roles. This opportunity allows you to work alongside experienced professionals and contribute to the success of our wealth management marketing campaigns.

    Position Responsibilities
    • Collaborate with the director and other departments to develop and refine the marketing strategy for wealth management services, ensuring alignment with business goals.
    • Identify target customer segments and tailor messaging to effectively reach and engage those audiences.
    • Execute go-to-market strategies for new wealth management-related product launches and service enhancements in partnership with the director.
    • Supervise the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, case studies, and other materials.
    • Manage the wealth management digital content calendar and collaborate with internal and external partners to create thought-leadership content establishing our organization as an industry leader.
    • Assist the director in developing and overseeing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, events, and traditional avenues.
    • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
    • Handle custom requests from wealth advisors for marketing collateral or educational materials and cooperate with a design agency to deliver the required items.
    Position Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
    • Potential for remote work.
    • 2-4 years of proven experience in marketing within the financial services industry.
    • Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
    • Attention to detail in all marketing materials and campaigns is crucial.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft365 suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
    • Ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas.
    Compensation
    The salary for this position typically ranges between $75,000-$95,000, with additional bonuses available based on candidate qualifications and operational needs.
