- Collaborate with the director and other departments to develop and refine the marketing strategy for wealth management services, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Identify target customer segments and tailor messaging to effectively reach and engage those audiences.
- Execute go-to-market strategies for new wealth management-related product launches and service enhancements in partnership with the director.
- Supervise the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, case studies, and other materials.
- Manage the wealth management digital content calendar and collaborate with internal and external partners to create thought-leadership content establishing our organization as an industry leader.
- Assist the director in developing and overseeing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, events, and traditional avenues.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Handle custom requests from wealth advisors for marketing collateral or educational materials and cooperate with a design agency to deliver the required items.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- Potential for remote work.
- 2-4 years of proven experience in marketing within the financial services industry.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
- Attention to detail in all marketing materials and campaigns is crucial.
- Familiarity with Microsoft365 suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
