    Join Our Team as a Marketing & Communication Associate!

    ShowMe is revolutionizing the world of education by providing a platform where individuals can both learn and teach diverse topics. Through ShowMe's innovative technology, educators can create interactive lessons seamlessly, fostering collaboration among teachers and students.

    ShowMe is in a phase of rapid expansion and is seeking a dedicated Marketing & Communication Expert to contribute to the continuous growth and enhancement of the business operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead engaging social media campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram to boost our online presence and connect with our audience effectively;
    • Identify and establish strategic partnerships online to promote the brand, including influencer collaborations and PR opportunities;
    • Manage the timely delivery of Mailchimp newsletters;
    • Execute intricate Ad campaigns on various digital platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and Google AdWords;
    • Collaborate with the Graphic designer and Marketing Director to create compelling product visuals;
    • Handle customer inquiries via chat and email, ensuring a top-notch customer experience;
    • Advocate for the customers by gathering feedback to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction;
    • Work closely with the CEO and Marketing Director to develop best practices for utilizing ShowMe's platform;

    Desired Qualifications:

    • 0-2 years of experience in tech support/customer service roles;
    • 1-2 years of Marketing experience, with potential for career growth within the Marketing department;
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey messages effectively;
    • Proficiency in writing concise social media content and longer articles;
    • Experience in managing social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter;
    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills;
    • Capacity to handle multiple projects concurrently and adapt to changing priorities;
