located in Queens, New York is seeking to hire an energetic
Marketer/Community Liaison to join its team of skilled professionals. We are looking for someone with outstanding people skills coupled with a passion for marketing.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • The Marketer proactively seeks out opportunities to meet referral sources and build positive working relationships in order to build referrals.
  • Identifies and facilitates educational opportunities. Performs various activities with personal care homes, assisted living and nursing facilities in targeted areas to increase awareness of the agency's programs and services and to build relationships.
  • Develops and maintains ongoing, positive relationships with key organizations, discharge planners and other facilities with a focus on providing attentive customer service.
  • Attends all scheduled sales, marketing and agency meetings. Reports changes in targeted facility staff and structure and possible effects and action plans for the changing situations to management as appropriate.
  • Become liaison between client and State of New York with enrollment process. Process required paperwork with the State of New York.
  • Presents speaking engagements, introduces new patients/clients to offered services at facility. Followup on all pending potential clients.
  • Keeps in touch with Supports Coordination and insurance company case management departments as appropriate for networking opportunities.

Required Skills:


  • 2+ years of marketing experience, Healthcare market experience is a plus.
  • Highly selfmotivated, proactive, and selfsufficient with the ability to juggle several projects and priorities on a regular basis while working independently, strategically, and creatively.
  • Strong problemsolving, communication & analytical skills to market the home care agency.
  • Successful track record of teamwork and leadership driving business growth.
