    Creative Solutions in Healthcare is looking to add a Customer Service Liaison to our growing team

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide administrative support for the CEO and COO.
    • Write informative reports to be used as a measuring and teaching tool.
    • Monitor plan of corrections when necessary and required.
    • Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as correspondence.
    • Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
    • Applicant will conduct phone interviews with residents and family members new to our facilities, or returning residents.
    • Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
    • Advocate for residents and families while promoting our company standards and expectations.
    • Ability to work with multi-interdisciplinary staff.
    • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services, including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards of service, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
    • Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
    • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
