    Job Summary

    We are seeking a Director of Business Development. The primary purpose of this position is to lead and manage each facility's Marketing Liaison and Admissions team members, to provide leadership in maintaining the number of referrals and admissions that are required to meet or exceed facility census and revenue goals, by accomplishing the specific business goals. The goals for this role would include but not limited to:

    Job Responsibilities
    • Provide sales leadership training and support to each facility's Marketing Liaison and Admissions Coordinator to achieve business objectives: Increased market awareness, implement strategies, create sales & marketing plans, build, achieve, expand admissions and census goals.
    • Identify, manage and develop referral sources, educating on facility services and programs and clearly establishing differentiation from competition
    • Create Policies and Procedures
    • Communicate current market intelligence to Regional Marketing Director, as well as field concerns, issues and barriers.
    • Utilizes market intelligence and analysis to develop targeted sales/action items
    • Effectively manages existing referral sources to maintain budgeted Occupancy and Skilled Mix.
    • Oversee and Manage each Facilities calendar regarding: tours, marketing collateral, establishes consistent tour plan, readiness, route and back-up.
    • Evidence of a local referral network from which to develop referral.
    Job Qualifications
    • Ideal candidate must be a skilled communicator, director and motivator
    • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a Leadership position and Marketing or Admissions experience in a Hospital or Long-Term Care facility.
    • Bachelor's Degree in related field
    • Proficient in MS Excel, PCC and CRM
    • Clinical Training / Background (Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse) is a plus but not require
    • Must own and operate a reliable vehicle for work related trave
    • Must have a current Driver's License
    • Work with Administrator to ensure resident satisfaction and to assess/respond to resident satisfaction surveys.
