    Description

    ARIAS is seeking a dedicated leader to join our team, bringing both passion and purpose to the table. With over a century of experience in the industry, we are at the forefront of innovation and growth.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 2,000 clients, nurturing existing relationships, and expanding our customer base through referrals and lead generation. Additionally, you will lead a small team, guiding them through the same processes to ensure success.

    As you immerse yourself in our systems and procedures, you will become adept at training team members and eventually transition into the role of Agency Director.

    This position offers a competitive weekly salary in the range of $70,000 to $85,000 for the first year.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Service existing client base
    • Identify new business opportunities in the B2B sector
    • Supervise team activities and track performance
    • Train and mentor new team members on established systems
    • Provide daily field activity reports using Salesforce-based CRM
    • Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership development

    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

    • Exceptional organizational and attention-to-detail skills
    • Proven track record of effective time management and meeting deadlines
    • Strong supervisory and leadership abilities
    • Capability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment
    • Passion for assisting others and fostering relationships
    • Previous experience in sales or customer service
    • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach
    • Community involvement mindset
    • Familiarity with CRMs, preferably Salesforce

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. are mandatory
    • Clean background check and personal transportation are essential
    • 45-day evaluation period before potential advancement
