    Description

    NUCKOLLS is seeking a passionate and purposeful leader to join our esteemed organization.

    With a rich history of 120 years in the industry, we are at the forefront of innovation and service. The chosen individual will play a pivotal role in servicing our current 2,000 business clients, expanding our client base through referrals and leads, and overseeing a dedicated team to mirror these efforts.

    This position offers the opportunity to evolve into the prestigious Agency Director role, mastering essential skills and procedures through our comprehensive training programs.

    The role guarantees a competitive weekly salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 on average for the first year.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Serve existing clients efficiently
    • Identify and pursue new business prospects (B2B)
    • Supervise team activities and monitor outcomes
    • Train and mentor new team members on established systems
    • Daily reporting of field activities using Salesforce-based CRM
    • Focus on daily recruitment, training, and leadership enhancement

    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

    • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
    • Proficient time management abilities with a proven track record of meeting deadlines
    • Strong supervisory and leadership proficiencies
    • Prioritization skills and adeptness in delegation
    • Ability to excel in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment
    • Genuine passion for assisting others and fostering relationships
    • Experience in sales or customer service
    • Self-driven with a focus on goals
    • Active involvement in the community
    • Familiarity with CRMs, preferably Salesforce

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Must possess a valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S.
    • Clean background check and personal transportation
    • 45-day evaluation period before potential advancement
