    Description

    NUCKOLLS
    is searching for a capable leader to join our team, someone who is driven by passion and purpose. With a history spanning over a century, we stand at the forefront of our industry.

    In this role, you will immerse yourself in our established processes to cater to our 2,000-strong client base. Your responsibilities will also extend to nurturing relationships to expand our clientele through referrals and leads, all the while overseeing a small team engaged in the same tasks.

    You will evolve into a proficient trainer for your team members, gradually transitioning into the role of Agency Director as you master the essential skills within our systems and processes.

    Remuneration for this position is on a weekly basis ($70,000-$85,000 average for the first year).


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage the existing client portfolio.
    • Explore new avenues for business growth, focusing on B2B opportunities.
    • Supervise team operations and monitor results.
    • Provide training and guidance to new team members on current systems.
    • Regularly report on field activities utilizing a Salesforce-based CRM.
    • Consistently emphasize on recruitment, training, and fostering leadership qualities.
    • Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:
    • Exceptional organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
    • Proven track record of effective time management and meeting deadlines.


    Strong leadership and supervisory skills.·Capable of prioritizing tasks and delegating when necessary.·Adept at working efficiently in fast-paced and occasionally stressful settings.·Devotion to aiding individuals and cultivating professional connections.·Outstanding time management and organizational proficiencies.·Background in sales or customer service.·Self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset.·Community involvement inclination.·Proficiency in CRMs (Salesforce proficiency is advantageous).


    Licensing Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. are mandatory.
    • Must possess a clean background and have reliable transportation.
    • A 45-day minimum assessment period before progression.
