    Description

    NUCKOLLS
    is on the lookout for a dedicated leader to join our team, someone who is fueled by passion and purpose. With a long-standing history of over a century in the industry, we are pioneers in what we do.

    The primary responsibilities of this role include mastering our client service processes, maintaining relationships with our 2,000 existing business clients, and expanding our clientele through referrals and leads. Additionally, you will lead a small team in executing these tasks effectively.

    As you become proficient in training your team members and familiarize yourself with our systems and procedures, you will progress into the role of Agency Director.

    This position offers a competitive weekly salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide excellent service to our current client base.
    • Identify new business opportunities in the B2B sector.
    • Oversee team activities and monitor outcomes.
    • Train and mentor new team members on existing protocols.
    • Report daily field activities using the Salesforce-based CRM system.
    • Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership development.
    • Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:
    • Outstanding organizational and detail-oriented capabilities.
    • Proven track record of effective time management and meeting deadlines.


    Strong leadership and supervisory skills.·Effective task prioritization and delegation.·Adept at functioning in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment.·Passionate about assisting others and fostering relationships.·Superb time management and organization abilities.·Background in sales or customer service.·Self-driven with a goal-oriented approach.·Community-oriented mindset.·Familiarity with CRMs, preferably Salesforce.


    Licensing Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S..
    • Clean background check and personal transportation.
    • Required 45-day evaluation period prior to advancement
