- Conduct 40 face-to-face visits to various key referral sources in the community on a weekly basis. (Note: This will include calling on and generating business from NEW referral sources)
- Establish relationships with key referral sources to obtain referrals to convert to clients.
- You will be able to articulate and sell the services and benefits of using SYNERGY HomeCare services in the community to both referral sources and consumers
- Attend events, activities, networking, and in-service events to present SYNERGY HomeCare services
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with all referral sources, including physicians, nursing homes, independent and assisted living facilities, hospital case managers, discharge planners, and other appropriate referral sources such as home health and hospice.
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet monthly and quarterly goals
- Be prepared for 2 weekly marketing meetings, held on Monday and Friday mornings
- Maintain the eRSP database to add new referral sources and note the results of each sales call
- Report to the office every Monday and Friday morning before your sales calls and update your calendar and/or eRSP for the day's activities at the end of each day
- Utilize eRSP to keep the data as current as possible
- Maintain trade school and college relationships for recruiting purposes
- Resolve issues that occur with any contracts in your specific territory
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- Strong motivational skills with the ability to foster collaboration and drive performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
