    All Jobs > Market Development RepresentativeThe Market Development Representative territory is responsible for leading the sales efforts in Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont markets to achieve company objectives in the areas of quality new business acquisition and collaborating on new customer on-boarding.

    The Market Development Representative is tasked with lead generation, conversion, funnel management, implementing directed processes that grow and develop customer base in an assigned geography.

    Travel up to 75% of the time may be required to prospect and close new customers. The Market Development Representative will live in the assigned market and report to the Division Manager.

    Attain market sales targets for lead generation, conversion of qualified new business, sales funnel, operator on-boarding, and new item/initiative distribution in the service of convenience storeUtilize all forms of lead-generating practices (cold-calls, referrals, networking etc) and effectively qualify viable new business opportunities to obtain quality new locationsManage customer funnel and new store pipeline processes to ensure all processes are executed to achieve timely and successful onboarding.

    Analyze data on past performance and future objectives to effectively plan and set goals for the assigned marketSpend time in the field to achieve sales best-practices as directed by KKFSolve practical challenges and identify a variety of concrete action-steps in situations where limited standardization may existAssist in training new Market Development RepsWork productively and effectively with all KKF Team Members to achieve sales goals and further KKF objectivesKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesStrong communication and negotiation skillsGoal driven with the ability to work under pressureExcellent problem solving skillsExcellent organizational skills and ability to multitaskDemonstrates collaborative skills and the ability to work cross-functionallyEffectively cope with change, shifts gears comfortably, decides and acts without having the total picture; able to handle risk and uncertainty in a professional mannerRemain calm under pressure and act in an ethical manner at all timesRequirements Education and Experience:Required:High school diploma or GEDMinimum three years of field sales experienceValid drivers license with a clean driving record#J-18808-Ljbffr
