    We're working with a high-growth personal care brand who are truly innovating in their category. They're looking for a Director of Growth Marketing to lead the customer acquisition team and drive growth for the brand.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and guide the customer acquisition team, emphasizing strategic planning, urgency, and teamwork.
    • Design and execute a paid media strategy, with a focus on platforms like Facebook and Google to drive future growth.
    • Manage and optimize a multi-million dollar marketing budget, prioritizing cost-effective customer acquisition.
    • Regularly monitor and report KPIs (CPA/ROAS) to support growth objectives.
    • Collaborate with creative teams and external agencies to produce high-performing content for key paid media channels.
    • Develop a robust non-paid strategy to boost organic growth.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product/Engineering and Lifecycle Marketing, to implement strategies effectively.
    • Manage user acquisition flows and growth initiatives in collaboration with the web team, continuously optimizing for better conversion rates and exploring new customer acquisition methods.

    Qualifications:

    • 7+ years of experience in growth and direct response marketing within the consumer sector.
    • Proven track record of managing and optimizing multi-million dollar digital marketing budgets across various channels.
    • Strong analytical abilities with the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
    • Innovative mindset with a desire to refine user acquisition methods and strategies.
    • Proficiency in strategic planning and daily execution/optimization.
    • Leadership skills with a focus on team development.
    • In-depth knowledge of non-paid channels (SEO, organic, referrals) is preferred.
    • Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams for flow optimization.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Interest in health, wellness, personal care, and/or eCommerce industries.
    • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work with a sense of urgency.
    • High standards, takes ownership, and committed to achieving results.
    • Positive attitude with a good sense of humor and a willingness to help others.
