- Develop a strategic growth plan for the firm's Alternative Investment platform to support the launch of a new product line
- Educate and engage new and existing clients to boost business sales through marketing, content creation, and organic growth efforts
- Lead business development activities to market the fund to institutional investors like public and private pensions, endowments, asset managers, and family offices, as well as maintain consultant relationships
- Create internal analysis and external marketing materials for product offerings and new fund launch
- Implement a structured marketing and strategic communication plan for the newly launched fund, including developing and launching new products and strategic business development initiatives
- Deliver insights on industry trends, market landscapes, and competition to prioritize retail distribution strategies and identify product development opportunities
- Review and create marketing materials for the firm's Sales and Marketing efforts
- Conduct pitch presentations, prepare marketing materials for investors, and draft product language for fund commentaries on market updates, performance and attribution, and investment insights across equities, fixed income, and alternative asset classes
- Recommend strategic growth initiatives to align resources and enhance internal response channels to drive new business growth
- Provide various ad hoc research and analysis support as required
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Private Wealth, Business Development, or Relationship Management, particularly in Private Client/Investor relations and/or Product Development
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint, advanced Excel skills are essential
- Advanced expertise in Technical and Financial writing is required
- Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with all management levels
