We collaborate with STEMilk, a stealth mode startup focused on innovative research products from maternal milk as a replacement for the ever more difficult to procure cord blood, a multi-university hospital biorepository and 2 other research companies to screen a customer sample prior to procurement for over 150 biomarkers to create a smart sample, supported by data.
Role Description
This is a remote contract based role for an Account Management Specialist, Biotechnology. As an Account Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing Customer accounts, ensuring Customer satisfaction, and providing excellent Customer service. This includes analyzing Customer needs, communicating effectively, and maintaining strong relationships with Customers. The right person will be able to develop and lead the sales department as we grow.
