Job Summary and Qualifications
The Director Clinical Education Programs is responsible for the collaborative development, management and delivery and execution of clinical education programs for HCAs Clinical Education Service Line in a division. This will include educational aspects of orientation and onboarding of clinical employees, competency management, clinical professional development, and development of education that includes inter-professional collaboration. This position will be facilitate work across workgroups, interacting with various stakeholders to ensure all course material is developed and implemented using HCAs Clinical Education Service Line education standards.
