    Description

    Ideal Candidate: Currently looking for motivated, initiative-takers who follow direction well and are eager to learn and grow alongside our brand. Serving as primary contact for designated group of key customers regarding products, pricing, shipping, and specific issues. Responsible for coordinating order requirements; resolve problems and complaints. Assists with coordinating the receiving, packing, and shipping of cargo.
    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Monitor the receiving status of shipments received to ensure turnaround times are met accordingly.
    • Facilitate comprehensive employee training programs to ensure effective skill development and knowledge transfer.
    • Conduct thorough Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with customers to address their needs and ensure satisfaction.
    • Generate and compile regular reports encompassing various aspects of operations or performance.
    • Proficient in delivering clear and compelling presentations to effectively communicate project details and objectives.
    • Coordinate the packing process on shipments received, based on the packing instructions from the customer.
    • Coordinate the delivery of shipments to the freight forwarder once packing is complete.
    • Monitor daily to ensure all delivery instructions have been given and followed in a timely manner.
    • Keep close communication with customers and the packing instructions they provide.
    • Assist with invoicing shipments processed daily, and making sure files are in order and have proper documentation for billing.
    • Coordinate with appropriate team members to provide client support to the client and ensure excellent customer service.
    • Provide prompt resolution to customer inquiries by communicating appropriate and accurate information.
    • Aid through delegation of work for accounts requiring coverage.
    • Understand programs, systems, and procedures necessary to perform job effectively.
    • Responds to customer inquiries or complaints by researching and employing all resources necessary to gain customer satisfaction in timely and professional manner.
    • Ensures coordination of various projects and issues, utilizing project management processes and skills.
    • Perform in other duties as assigned.
    Qualifications

    QUALIFICIATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
    • 5 - 7 years of relevant work experience as Logistics Account Coordinator in related industry field, i.e. freight forwarding, packing, warehousing, logistics, transportation, etc.
    • Knowledge or experience with hazardous materials a plus
    • Experience with international trade and/or freight forwarding experience a plus.
    • Experience with Microsoft Office; basic Excel required.
    • Advance Data Entry background preferred.
    • Knowledge of Dynamics software preferred.
    • Must be able to work in fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects and tasks during the workday.
    • Must Successfully complete any IATA (International Air Transport Association), and IMDG (International Maritime Dangerous Goods) training courses, within 90-days.
    • Basic knowledge of laws DOT (Department of Transportation), IATA, IMDG, and other applicable regulations
    • Knowledge of DOT and other applicable federal and state regulations
    • High School Diploma or GED (accredited)

    WORKING CONDICTIONS:
    • Ability to lift 10 lbs. occasionally for the duration of a shift.
    • Ability to sit for long periods of time.
    • Ability to work prolonged and/or irregular hours.
    • Ability to work through stressful situations.
    • Must be able to navigate warehouse
