    We're looking for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced work environment and wants to grow within a tech-focused marketing team. As a CRM Senior Associate focusing on Product Experience and Transactional marketing, you will create campaigns in owned channels in partnership with stakeholders from across the business to enhance the customer experience in all DraftKings products. Our company is agile and values high levels of autonomy, cross-functional collaboration, and a data-driven approach.
    What you'll do as a CRM Senior Associate

    • Strategize, set up and manage the performance of marketing campaigns related to all DraftKings products.
    • Work cross-functionally with a broad set of Analytics, Product, Engineering, and Operations partners to implement marketing campaigns to improve the customer experience and drive value for the business.
    • Execute marketing campaigns across a variety of channels (email, app push notifications, in-app messaging, and more) adhering to marketing standards and brand guidelines.
    • Implement structured A/B tests and lead analysis of results to provide actionable insights and business impact.
    • Support the go-to-market strategy for new feature launches and key sports moments throughout the year.


    What you'll bring

    • At least two years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the eCommerce or gaming industry.
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
    • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to clearly communicate results and define actionable next steps.
    • Organizational skills and great attention to detail, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, often under challenging time constraints.
    • Knowledge of SQL, Tableau, and HTML is a plus.
    • Willing to occasionally work non-standard hours based on the sports calendar.
    • Proven experience as a self-starter who is comfortable in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.


    Join Our Team
    We're a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston. As a regulated gaming company, you may be required to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency as a condition of employment. Don't worry, we'll guide you through the process if this is relevant to your role.
    The US base salary range for this full-time position is $68, $103,200.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range and how that was determined during the hiring process.
