- Strategize, set up and manage the performance of marketing campaigns related to all DraftKings products.
- Work cross-functionally with a broad set of Analytics, Product, Engineering, and Operations partners to implement marketing campaigns to improve the customer experience and drive value for the business.
- Execute marketing campaigns across a variety of channels (email, app push notifications, in-app messaging, and more) adhering to marketing standards and brand guidelines.
- Implement structured A/B tests and lead analysis of results to provide actionable insights and business impact.
- Support the go-to-market strategy for new feature launches and key sports moments throughout the year.
- At least two years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the eCommerce or gaming industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to clearly communicate results and define actionable next steps.
- Organizational skills and great attention to detail, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, often under challenging time constraints.
- Knowledge of SQL, Tableau, and HTML is a plus.
- Willing to occasionally work non-standard hours based on the sports calendar.
- Proven experience as a self-starter who is comfortable in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $68, $103,200.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
