Description

Join us as a Customer Service Rockstar Handle orders, track progress, and communicate with clients. Manage manufacturing orders, primarily via email (85%) with occasional phone calls. Enjoy a dynamic environment where each day brings new challenges. No specific industry experience required, just enthusiasm and adaptability.

salary: $20 - $21 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Handle order processing, tracking, and communication with clients.
Manage piece manufacturing orders.
Primarily communicate via email, with occasional phone calls.
Attend daily meetings for job updates and quoting.
Support internal sales reps and track shipments.
Requires office experience, responsiveness, and adaptability to stress.
