    We are Hiring a Sr. Integration Developer, HR Technology

    Are you ready to take on the role of a Sr. Integration Developer, HR Technology at LinkedIn? In this position, you will play a crucial part in building, enhancing, and implementing integration frameworks between HR management systems and external systems. To excel in this technical role, you need a solid background in analytics, data modeling, and programming. The ideal candidate should have prior experience with HR integrations, particularly between HR management systems like Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, and third party systems like Active Directory, Salesforce, Sailpoint, Jobvite, and HireIn.

    The chosen candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless synchronization of HR data across all enterprise applications through continuous integration improvements, support, and effective project execution. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to assess and adopt new technologies.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Design, develop, test, deploy, and enhance back-end integration solutions for LinkedIn enterprise systems
    • Explore and assess new Platforms for future innovation
    • Collaborate with various departments to streamline data delivery and synchronization among applications
    • Develop automated dashboards and visualizations to monitor key business metrics

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in system integration development
    • BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
    • Proficiency in Python and Java
    • Understanding of object and data modeling
    • Experience with open-source databases and integration tools, like Postgres and MySQL
    • Strong skills in integration design using Web Services, SOAP, middleware, XML, XSLT, and SQL

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Expertise in scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, Java, and C#
    • Familiarity with software architecture
    • Self-driven, execution-focused, with strong project management skills
    • Development methodology understanding with experience in writing design specifications
    • Proficiency in database optimization, debugging, and QA functions
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with large teams
    • Prior technical background with hands-on solution design experience
    • Experience in ERP and platform configuration, as well as modern frameworks and technologies
    • Proficient in resolving complex business and application issues
    • Ability to work collaboratively and deliver results
