Marketing Director in developing and executing marketing strategies for subsidiary products by coordinating with teams to ensure successful campaign launches, becoming an expert in the product and target market, contributing content and optimizations, and managing the execution of multi-channel marketing programs.
You'll report to the Sr.Marketing Director and work closely with multiple subsidiary companies' marketing, sales, product, operations, and customer management teams as a strategic and tactical resource.
You'll work closely with the internal EverCommerce teams and the Sr. Marketing Director to ensure a profitable output for each subsidiary and a quality experience for their prospects andResponsibilities:
Help assess and identify growth opportunities for new or existing subsidiary products, strategize marketing, sales, or product programs, and execute or coordinate resources for successful execution
Continuously invest in understanding customer pain points and their strategic objectives and inform relevant marketing messaging, campaigns, and initiatives
Define and execute integrated marketing campaigns through demand & lead gen, ABM, cross-sell initiatives, go-to-market strategies, sales enablement strategies, and onboarding/retention strategies across multiple subsidiary companies
Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track marketing KPIs and measure campaign efficacy
Oversee all marketing projects and manage the coordination of weekly/bi-weekly check-in meetings with subsidiary shared services teams to track project progress and collaborate on key deliverables
Manage the creation of various marketing assets such as website content and optimizations, email content and campaigns, landing pages, sales enablement tools, and marketing automation workflows
Drive B2B content marketing strategy as an inbound marketing tactic that brings customers to owned channels to generate demand and leads
Partner with event and tradeshow team to drive tradeshow execution and associated marketing campaigns to ensure successful lead-generating events
Own tools and processes to deliver efficiencies in campaign and lead management improving how marketing-generated leads are progressed through the funnel for optimized conversion
Leverage Martech platforms to drive execution of email, webinars, campaign execution, and tracking and sales enablement
Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:
Bachelor's degree in business or marketing
5-7 years of digital marketing or product marketing experience, preferably in SaaS software and/or B2B market
Prior management of marketing campaigns in a performance marketing environment
Proven accountability for lead generation, marketing-influenced pipeline and revenue, full-funnel growth, and associated KPIs
Excellent data analysis skills and attention to detail
Exceptional organization & project management
Proven ability to successfully communicate across all levels of an organization both face-to-face and remotely
Bonus Qualities:
Previous professional experience or advanced knowledge of Physical Security & Alarm industry
Expertise in Marketo, SalesLoft, Salesforce, Sendoso, or Qualtrics
Where:
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones.
This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada – if you're close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely.
Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation:
EverCommerce is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $100,000 USD Per Year.
Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all of the distinct labor markets within the US.
EverCommerce considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, candidate's work location, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, external market data, as well as, market and business considerations when making compensation decisions.
